ANSTO BUS REGISTRATION

Authority to deduct
I hereby give ANSTO the authority to deduct from my salary, on the first pay period of each month any costs incurred by me in relation to data captured as record of usage on the Bus Charter Services provided by ANSTO.
I understand that if charges from the services provided are variable and may be amended with suitable prior notice to the employee. In the event I cease employment with ANSTO, please deduct any outstanding monies owed by me from my final payment.

I declare that I am an ANSTO Associate.
